Five fire engines were called to Lady Acre Close following the fire on the ground floor.
FIRE crews were called to Lymm on Sunday following a boiler blaze.
Five fire engines were called to Lady Acre Close around 10.15pm following the fire on the ground floor.
The residents were out of the home by the time firefighters arrived and were not hurt.
