Rap battle organisers to appear on small screen

TUNE in to BBC3 on Wednesday as the organiser of a rap battle league in the town appears on the small screen.
David McFadden, of Grasmere Avenue, Orford, set up Rapped in Wire seven months ago and holds battles at Rain nightclub.
Camera crews from the documentary series People Like Us filmed the 26-year-old as he rapped against a former prisoner who was trying to get his life back on track during the Behind the Bars event.
David said: “We get people from all over the UK coming to battle at Rain nightclub or the Red Lion and then put it on Youtube.
“It’s been getting really big so I’m looking forward to seeing it on TV.”
