RESIDENTS can have their say on how £1million should be spent in Westy.

The money has been given to the area, also known as Latchford East, to revitalise the area.

Clr Kate Hannon, executive board member for leisure, community and culture at the council, said: “This is a brilliant opportunity so if you have an idea or vision of how Latchford East can put this money to good use, come along to a session and find out more.

“This project puts local people in charge and I’d encourage as many residents as possible to get involved to help shape the future.”

Sessions run at Westy Community Centre either today, Tuesday, between 10am and noon or next Tuesday, February 19, between 6pm and 7pm.
