Volunteers needed for charity

COULD you make a difference to a family struggling to cope following a traumatic experience?
Home-Starr Warrington is looking for volunteers who can offer support to families facing problems such as post natal depression, illness, bereavement, lone parenting, teenage parents, multiple births, poverty and isolation.
All volunteers will complete a 40 hour training course spread over 10 weeks.
Training will start on Wednesday, February 27 and take place at the group’s office based at Meadowside Primary and Nursery School, on Clough Avenue, in Longford.
The training is free and lunch is provided.
