Enjoying your headline, 'The Grauniad'.

Will a 'temper-proof' licence plate protect me from road rage? Or is it more designed to quieten the tantrums of infants in car seats?

I think we should be told.

My neghbours number plates were stolen whilst on holday and used on another vehicle to fill up with diesel and drive off without paying in cornwall,

He has a petrol engine so he managed to escape any charges. Also had proof he reported them stolen whilst he was on holday in norfolk.
