13-year-old has phone stolen in Black Bear Park in Latchford
2:41pm Monday 21st January 2013 in News
A TEENAGE boy had his phone stolen during an attack in Black Bear Park in Latchford this morning.
The 13-year-old was walking on the footpath near Loushers Lane when he was approached by a youth, aged around 16, who shouted at him and demanded his phone.
He took the Samsung Galaxy around 11.15am.
Police say the attacker was aged around 16 with prominent teeth.
They are particularly keen to speak to anyone in the park enjoying the snow, as there were lots of dog walkers at the time.
Anyone with information should call Stockton Heath police on 101 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555111.
