Free sporting sessions start on Monday

GRAB your trainers as a week of free sporting sessions starts on Monday.

Positive Futures is running ‘get active week’ with sessions ranging rom lads and dads touch rugby, to table tennis for beginners.

The national initiative, ran by charity Catch 22, works with young people aged five to 19 and aims to get them involved with sport, leisure and arts activities.
