Masked men raid fast food restaurant

THREE men, two masked and one armed with a knife, raided a fast food restaurant in Orford on Saturday night.

The raid happened at 10.15pm at KFC on the Alban Retail Park on Winwick Road.

Police say the trio, two of whom were masked, forced their way in via a fire exit before stealing money from a staff room.

Detectives say one was armed with a small knife. None of the staff were injured, although they were threatened.

Police are examining CCTV from the scene and are keen to speak to anyone in the area at the time who may have information.

Call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident 973 of December 29.

Montblanc, you seriously need to get a grip, nobody was harmed so therefore the comments were lighthearted, had someone been injured then it would have been different, it's called having a sense of humour( something you obviously haven't got) no more to be said on the matter , other than you seem to have the bird over it :)

I would like to say to that this robbery which has brought humour to some won't be seen in the same context as those that were the victims, agreed no one was harmed but the mental scars will last forever, as I well know I was a victim in an armed robbery nearly 30 years ago and I can still clearly see what happened and remember exactly how it made me feel for a long time afterwards. Those that like to laugh at other peoples expense should think long and hard as it may happen to them or a loved one, see how you feel then.
