Man arrested for being drunk in town centre

A 58-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in the town centre on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.
Police were called around 5pm today, Thursday, to Bridge Foot, close to the Mersey and arrested the man.

Section 108 to save you looking it up us the part that means that you must give way to a pedestrian in the road when entering a road from the corner. The police woman bounded out of the car, grabbed the girl and verbally abused her for not running out of the way if the car at a pace the officer liked. I had to point out this rule in the Highway Code. **** abuse if position we have to eradicate abuse of power and position otherwise we end up with more jimmy Saville. No difference.
