Woman jumps off multi-storey car park

A WOMAN is being treated by paramedics after jumping off the multi-storey market car park in the town centre.
She has been left with multiple leg injuries but is not thought to be in a critical condition, say police.
They were called to the scene at 5.01pm after being alerted that the woman, believed to be in her late 20s, had jumped.
An ambulance was already at the scene and she will now be taken to Warrington Hospital.
Officers are currently speaking to witnesses to determine why she jumped.
