Police issue burglary appeal
POLICE are appealing for witnesses to two burglaries in Wilderspool.
The first took place at a house on Irwell Road between 4.30am on Friday, October 12 and 5pm on Sunday, October 14.
A large amount of jewellery was taken.
The second burglary took place close by at a house on Derwent Road between 4.30pm on Friday, October 12 and 5.45pm on Sunday, October 14.
Jewellery was also taken.
Anyone with information can call police on 101.
