Police looking for witness to crash that saw Padgate teenager Jack Bellis killed

POLICE are hunting for a man who made an emergency call after teenage motorcyclist Jack Bellis was killed in Runcorn.
Tributes have been pouring in for the 19-year-old from Padgate.
He died at Aintree Hospital in Liverpool after a collision with a car on Warrington Road at its junction with Domino Court.
The crash took place on Sunday, October 14 at around 10.50pm.
Police have now announced they want to speak to a man who made a phone call to emergency services at midnight.
The call was made from the phone box in Victoria Avenue, Widnes.
PC Ian Dodd said: "We are urging this person to come forward as they may have important information, which could assist with our enquiries, or they could be a witness.
"We are appealing for them to contact us as a matter of urgency.”
Anyone with information can call police on 101 quoting incident number 945 of October 14.
A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident and bailed pending further enquiries.
