A SALES brochure for developers looking to expand the former Bruche Police Training Camp site has been released.

It details the particulars of the site for businesses wanting to tender for the chance to develop it.

The brochure, produced by English Partnerships, invites companies to apply to develop the 8.7 acre site.

The site is described as a "residential development opportunity", and is subject to planning permission.

Anyone looking to develop the site will have to prove to English Partnerships that they have the experience and local knowledge to do so.

Clr Colin Froggatt (Lab-Poulton South) said he was pleased that the information was in the public domain, but that "the devil is in the detail".

He said he wanted to be sure that any proposals took into account what the community wants, especially in regard to open space and sporting facilities.
