DETECTIVES are hunting a van driver who allegedly exposed himself to a pair of 12-year-old girls in Orford.
The sex attacker struck around 8pm on Friday, March 7 as the two girls were walking along Alder Lane.
The children were about to cross South Avenue when the flat-bedded transit van with a white driver's cabin and a blue or black body carriage pulled up at the side of the road.
The man is said to have wound down his window and made indecent suggestions to the girls before exposing himself.
He is described as a white man in his 30s with large eyes, a large nose and a bald head. He was wearing blue mechanic-type overalls.
A police spokesman said: "Both girls have been extremely traumatised by the incident, but one has been able to provide an e-fit of what she believes is a likeness of the suspect."
Anybody who has any information about the attack or any witnesses who may have seen the van are asked to contact PC Pam Hopkins on 0845 458 6379 or call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
