I have worked for Cheshire Constabulary since 2006 and have been stationed at Risley since 2007. I am the beat manager for Birchwood.

I have been working for Cheshire Constabulary since June 2006. Since starting at Risley, I have been based in Birchwood where I have built up a good relationship with the local community and work closely with other agencies and councillors.

I have been a PCSO at Risley for over 5 years and have been lucky enough to cover most areas at Risley. I currently cover Birchwood where I am enjoying getting to know the local community .
PCSO Alison Shacklock
I joined Cheshire Constabulary in 2007, initially covering the area of Woolston for a short period, before moving on to cover the Culcheth/croft area. In 2009 I moved onto the Poulton North and South area, and then to the Birchwood area and I like working closely with the local community.

This neighbourhood provides good amenities for the local community including Warrington's second largest Shopping Mall, Birchwood Leisure Centre and Birchwood High School and Sixth Form College, all within walking distance of each other. Birchwood also has a good public transport network with public making great use of Public Buses and the use of Birchwood Train Station. A number of Business Parks can be found in the Birchwood area, as well as The Encore Hotel situated close to Birchwood Motorway links to M62 and M6.
