LAST WEEK: Tony Gibbons & Jon Brindley at the Spread Eagle - a near-capacity audience and a great evening's entertainment. Stewart, Janice, Nick & Lin and Nelson Peach provided Residents' Support, with Kate Bradbury as our pre-raffle-ite. The combination of Tony and Jon's voices along with Tony's cittern, Jon's guitar, fiddle and accordion and a wide ranging repertoire meant there was something for everyone! We'll be doing it again!

Phil Drane had intended to play one of his last UK gigs in October, but has emailled to apologise that he has to cancel - he has sent a link to some free downloads, though: http://www.phildrane.com/free-music. Keith Hancock will be with us instead.
Do let your friends know about our event list, because we need an audience to be able to carry on bringing these high quality guests to Lymm! We offer tremendous value for money - you pay less than any of the commercial venues, and you are rarely more than fifteen feet away from our guests!
To be sure of where we are each week, download the RTF or PDF: http://www.lymmfolkclub.org.uk/lymm_where.rtf - http://www.lymmfolkclub.org.uk/lymm_where.pdf (updated weekly) - and remember, occasionally details change, so make sure you always have the most up to date version - you can tell when yours is out of date, because the date at the top of the list has already passed!!
TICKETS: Don't forget a saving can be made by booking your tickets in advance - use our online forms http://www.lymmfolkclub.org.uk/lymm_tickets.html - you can submit either by post (details on the form) or by email. Cheques to be made payable to Bernard Cromarty, or ask for my bank details if you prefer to use online banking.
Tickets may not be ready for posting if your request is more than six weeks before the concert - I tend not to print them any earlier to try to avoid issues with cancellations, change of venue, even change of date. Cheques will not be presented until after the tickets have been posted - unless they are to be collected 'on the door'.
LOST TICKETS: When you purchase a ticket I record your name against the ticket(s) you have bought in a spreadsheet. I have my laptop with me on club nights, so I can easily check which tickets you've booked, so don't panic! More to the point, if someone tries to use your missing ticket, I will know!
