THE line-up has been revealed for 80s festival Rewind North.
Capesthorne Hall will once again play host to the three-day event from August 4 to 6.
On the Saturday it will be party night with Village People and Sister Sledge and on Sunday night it is time to rock out with Status Quo. Other acts include Tom Robinson, Altered Images, The Trevor Horn Band, The Blockheads, Hugh Cornwell, The Orchestra (Starring former members of ELO), Junior Marvin’s Wailers, Captain Sensible and Johnny Hates Jazz.
Appearing with super-group British Electric Foundation are Heaven 17’s Glenn Gregory, Sex Pistol Glen Matlock, Jaki Graham, Owen Paul, Claudia Brucken and The Farm’s Peter Hooton.
Level 42, Kim Wilde, Peter Hook and The Light, Roland Gift, Dr and The Medics, Belinda Carlisle, Toyah, Nick Heyward and T’Pau, complete the weekend line-up.
Rewind Festival bills itself as the biggest party of the summer set to a live 80s soundtrack. On top of that, there is glamping, themed bars, DJs, street entertainment, funfairs, silent disco, big top bars, kidzone and fireworks.
