Sticky Fingers
For fans of: Arctic Monkeys, Towers of London, The Clash
DYLAN Frost was just hoping to make a quick buck when he went out busking one summer's night.
But instead the Australian guitarist came away with a band.
Dylan met Paddy Cornwall while playing in Newtown and the pair struck up a chat about music and shared interests.
Soon enough, Hollywood, Crabz and Beaker joined the duo, bringing with them a melting pot of reggae, psych and pop influences, and Sticky Fingers was formed.
Their debut album, Caress Your Soul, was released in March 2013 hitting the top 40 in Australia and they went on their first European tour just months later.
They followed that up with Land of Pleasure in summer 2014 with singles Gold Snafu, Just For You, Liquorlip Loaded Gun and Fake A Smile racking up more than a million plays on YouTube.
- Sticky Fingers are at Manchester's Night and Day Cafe on May 21.
