If so, help is at hand with the return of the The Allergy and Free From Show North.
The event, sponsored by Schär, is at the Exhibition Centre in Liverpool on Saturday and Sunday, November 5 and 6 – and Weekend has teamed up with the organisers to offer all our readers free tickets.
Around 100 exhibitors will be showcasing 'free from' food, drink, health and wellbeing, beauty and lifestyle products to more than 9,000 visitors.
Expect stalls offering a huge selection of speciality items made by a range of producers from independent shops to major supermarkets.
You can try everything from gluten-free bread and beer, dairy-free cheese and milk, to hay fever solutions and cosmetics for sensitive skin.
There is also the chance to attend talks from UK experts in allergies, coeliac disease, IBS, intolerances, eczema and asthma.
Doves Farm, will be hosting the guest kitchen where demonstrator Kate McBain will be baking the likes of gluten-free bread, pizza, cakes, pancakes and brownies in front of the crowds.
