THERE has been an awakening. Have you felt it?
Star Wars is getting the live orchestra treatment for the first time with an arena tour.
The first movie in the franchise, 1977's A New Hope, will be showing it is still a force to be reckoned with a full orchestra playing John Williams' iconic and Oscar-winning score.
It is coming to Liverpool Arena on November 28 and Manchester Arena on December 1.
The film and live orchestra has already seen great success with the Harry Potter series.
Grant Watmuff, from Disney Music Group, said: “We’re delighted that Star Wars fans will have the opportunity to experience the music of the movie performed live to picture in the UK for the first time."
Tickets go on sale on Friday. Prices range from £32.50 to £75. Visit ticketmaster.co.uk
