Week 9 saw continued excellent performance in digital recruitment sales with the second highest weekly conversion to Enhanced Listing and the highest weekly sales rate of logos marking a strong start to March.

The group average print-online conversion rate rose in week 9 to 85.9%, the second highest of the year to date. All but two teams/regions achieved above target, with York, DESC, South London and the West Country all converting 100% of their print sales to enhanced listings. Furthermore Sussex, Oxford, the North East, Stourbridge, Essex and Lancashire all made significant week on week improvements.

Featured Jobs performance fell slightly below target but with a group average of 74.4% it was still the second best week of the year so far. Worcester, DESC, North London and Bradford all converted 100% of their upsales to Featured Jobs while Oxford and Essex had their best weeks of the year so far.

Week 9 saw the highest rate of logo sales for the year so far with the group average rising ever so slightly to 24.6%. York came top of the group including logos on a staggering 89% of their listings with Worcester, Bradford and Sussex all doing so for over 50% of theirs. Elsewhere South London, Cheshire and Blackburn all made significant week on week improvements, increasing sales in a single week by over 10%.

With key conversion rates maintained the average digital revenue per job rose to £157. The West Country, the North East, Cheshire and Blackbunr all achieved their highest weekly average digital revenue per job of 2011 so far.
