THE doors of St Elphin’s View’s show home were opened to prospective buyers on Saturday, September 26 – and the open day for house hunters looking to take the next step on the property ladder was a big success!

House hunters from across Warrington and Cheshire came through the doors of the show home to view the new build homes at the luxury development situated near to the beautiful villages of Hatton and Daresbury.

St Elphin’s View perfectly balances a rural feel with the convenience of local amenities.

Motorway connections are easily accessible for commuters too, with the development sitting halfway between Manchester and Liverpool.

At the open day prospective buyers were able to explore the exciting second phase of the stunning development.

This consists of five four-bed homes, idyllically located on an old dairy farm, formerly owned by the Daresbury Estate.

The detached homes are complete with private gardens, designated parking and panoramic views of the Cheshire countryside.

Inside, home buyers were impressed by the elegant design features throughout the show home – including exposed beams in the bedroom to hark back to the history of the site.

The project was spearheaded by Liverpool developers Atrium.

Jayne Holley, Atrium’s general manager, says: “This is a beautiful development and we could not wait to show it off to prospective buyers – we knew they would be impressed!

“We are absolutely delighted at the number of visitors who came along to view the show home and with all their positive feedback.”

Prices are £535,000 for the new build homes.
