There is no catch, and as long as your property is under offer within 12 weeks from initial instruction Ashtons won’t charge you a penny.
This is Ashtons fifth Warrington office, alongside Winwick, Padgate, Great Sankey and Stockton Heath.
It advertises all its customers’ properties in all its offices for maximum exposure.
Ashtons wants to prove itself, so there won’t be any compromise on marketing, which will include extensive marketing of your property in the Warrington Guardian, along with internet portals including rightmove.co.uk and zoopla.co.uk, all offering great photographs and floor plans.
