WE asked you to put down your pint and tell us about your favourite pub and you haven't disappointed.
In the first week of our second Warrington Guardian Food and Drink Awards, we asked you where you thought was the best pub in the town.
We have been flooded with responses this week and based on the volume of replies, we have narrowed readers' suggestions down to the shortlist below.

Over the next 10 weeks we will be revealing a different category every Monday evening in the Warrington Guardian Food and Drink Awards and calling on readers for their suggestions.
Then on Fridays, the most popular suggestions will be shortlisted for foodie fans to vote for their favourite with the overall winners revealed in a special feature in the Warrington Guardian this Spring.
Once the vote closes, emailed votes will also be counted.
