IT'S been another eventful night in the world of British politics.
And among the shocks across the country was Labour's Faisal Rashid taking the Warrington South seat.
Catch up on all the reaction to that result here.
We had celebrity visits, 'wobbly' vans and Rolls-Royce pledges in Warrington during the 2017 campaign.
Here's a look back at some of the highlights.
1. Eddie Izzard surprises Stockton Heath
The comedian headed to the village to support the Labour campaign and posed for selfies with residents
Warrington South's Independent candidate John Boulton picked up more than 1,000 votes with his promises of hot tubs and chauffeur driven Rolls-Royces.
3. Jeremy Corbyn's visit to Warrington
Right at the start of the campaign, curtains were twitching in Great Sankey when Jeremy Corbyn and his team descended on the area to meet voters
4. Our first Facebook Live debates
Forgive us for a bit of self-indulgence but this campaign saw our first ever live debates with the candidates in Warrington North and Warrington South. Plenty of readers got in touch to have their say and get their questions answered.
It hit national headlines after Labour described a Tory ad van, which had overturned during high winds last week, as a sign of the Tories' weak and wobbly campaign.
