Two-hour clean-up of area around Asda

THE clean-up team got to work in Westbrook during their latest operation led by tidy up team leader David Parr.
In two hours, 27 volunteers managed to collect 63 bags of litter together with traffic cones and road signs, from the hedgerows and brooks surrounding the Asda supermarket.
The clean up team included councilors, Westbrook cub scouts, residents and members of St Philip’s Church.
