Traffic slowed on Thelwall Viaduct by high winds

SPEED limits were slowed on Thelwall Viaduct on Thursday for the second time in a week due to high winds.
Motorists saw speeds reduced to 50mph overnight because of the gales.
On Tuesday, the M6 was closed for several hours after a lorry tipped over.
