Garages need repairing

BRENTNALL Park residents in Hood Manor say they are still waiting for Golden Gates Housing to fix three garage roofs.
Pauline Halliday said the three garages opposite house numbers 31 to 34, are in such a poor condition that the wind blows dangerous chunks of wood off the roof.
She said that after struggling to get them fixed properly since 2003 she has been told workmen will be sent out - but that she is not holding her breath.
Golden Gates Housing failed to comment on the claims.
