Speeding up broadband

A GORSE Covert resident is hoping to mobilise Birchwood computer users to appeal for faster Internet in the town.
Bill Dove said that Birchwood suffers from slow broadband speeds due to its distance from the Padgate exchange and argued that the town warrants its own exchange due to its large business community.
Clr Chris Fitzsimmons, of Birchwood Town Council, said it was a good idea and that he would put it on the agenda of the Birchwood Forum and Birchwood Partnership.
