How to unwind

A COURSE designed to help you learn how to unwind is starting in Dallam.

The Six Perfections course is a chance for you to learn how to unwind and balance your mind. The course, run by Odiyana Buddhist Centre, teaches you different steps you can take to free yourself from worry and stress.

The Six Perfections runs over the course of six weeks at Dallam Centre.

The series starts on Tuesday, August 21, at 7.30pm.
