Would you like to say thank you to somebody at your school for the hard work that they do? If so, we are giving you the chance to do just that with The Guardian’s very own School Awards!

There are five categories to nominate in: - Primary School Teacher of the Year, Secondary School Teacher of the Year, Classroom Assistant of the Year, Lunchtime Assistant of the Year and School Crossing Patrol of the Year.

Our judges will choose a winner and a highly commended in each category from all of the entries received. The winners will receive some fantastic prizes. Take a look below to see them!

Selection of treatments and gifts c/o Debenhams

Bouquet c/o Heaven Sent or a bottle of Champagne c/o Asda

Each winner will also receive a trophy and a certificate. Our highly commended winners will receive a bouquet from Heaven Sent or a bottle of Champagne from Asda and a certificate.
