Johnstone, the staff at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, Ward 17 Red Team, in particular nurse Kath McDermott, the district nurses, Sarah the physiotherapist and the receptionists at Brookfield Surgery. Danny and all the staff at Lymm Pharmacy and Dorothy Lewis at the MS Society. They wish to thank their many friends, especially Barry and Anne Teesdale, Fran Long and daughter Abby Davies. June and Arthur Daniels, Suzanne Proctor, Reverand Margaret Jones and their good neighbours.
