A NUMBER of huge blue and white signs have been erected on major roads leading in and out of Warrington, announcing that vehicles are entering an enforcement area' and that those drivers under the influence of drink or using mobiles face heavy penalties. read more
I READ the article regarding Helen Southworth MP campaigning to ensure Warrington's post offices are kept open and accessible to all and I applaud her for taking a stand. read more

AM I mistaken in the belief that there is only one entrance into the multi-storey car park for Golden Square, or am I the first to spot a fundamental design failure in this wonderful state-of-the art building? read more
WARRINGTON Borough Council is embarking on a policy of selling off parcels of land across the borough in order to generate money for this year's coffers. Are the people of Warrington aware that some of these parcels are vital to the health and wellbeing of residents and we, as residents, have a right for some of these areas to be maintained for future generations and not sold for private development. One such area is the Steel Street allotment. read more

I USE Hood Manor Post Office regularly and the staff are always polite and helpful, with smiles very much in evidence. read more
