If the show fits ... Office confirmed for Golden Square

THREE new shops have been confirmed for the refurbished Golden Square Shopping Centre.

Shoe shop Office, clothes shop Bank and the Fragrance Shop have all confirmed they will have shops in the reopened centre.

Richard Kernan, property director at Office, said: "Warrington was an obvious choice for Office shoes, following on from the success of our Chester store.

"With the expansion of Golden Square, we had no hesitation in choosing a unit within the centre." Rachel Broughton, leasing manager for Golden Square, said.

"The signing of Bank and Office is further evidence of Warrington becoming a fashion destination in its own right and we are very pleased to be introducing them to Golden Square.

"These new lettings, together with those already signed, will help provide a quality regional fashion destination that will make Warrington one of the UK's top 40 retail destinations."

Other retailers already signed to take units at Golden Square include H&M, Next, Boots, Topshop, Republic, Sports World, Beaverbrooks and The Perfume Shop.
