Touring car team on the up

CULCHETH motor racing team Xero Competition continued their progress in the British Touring Car Championship on Sunday.

Driver Adam Jones gained two 11th-placed finishes for the team, who are led by Culcheth's Dave Beecroft, as well as finishing the third race of the day in 13th at Thruxton in Hampshire.

The next round of the championship takes place at Croft in North Yorkshire on July 16.
