Accordion band will play

A CONCERT featuring the Weaver Valley Accordion Band takes place at St John's Church, Norley Road, Cuddington, on Friday.

The event starts at 7.30pm. Tickets, priced £5 for adults and free for under 18s, are available by ringing 01606 889879.

Meanwhile the church is holding a free Nations of the World summer fair at the same venue on June 17 from 2pm.

There will be stalls from around the world, games and refreshments.

From 4pm, there will be entertainment, a television for football fans and a barbecue at the vicarage.

Food and soft drinks will be on sale. Other drinks required and glasses should be brought along to the event.
