Get in the World Cup mood

YOUNGSTERS will be getting into the World Cup mood this week thanks to free football skills sessions from Halton Council.

A host of other activities, including basketball and tennis, are being put on at venues across the borough.

Today (Wednesday) Victoria Park, Widnes, will host events, while tomorrow and Friday Bankfield School in Widnes and Rock Park in Runcorn will get in on the action.
