FIVE students from Priestley College will be representing their country in the European Nations Under 19s Tournament in France next month.
Three of them will be competing with Ireland and two of them will be pulling on the white shirts of England.
The Ireland trio are Daniel O'Brien, Stephen Lenihan and Adam Williams, who will be aiming to wrestle the title away from England.
Scrum half or hooker O'Brien, aged 17, of Orford, is on Crosfields' books, as are Priestley's England players Matthew Barber, a prop, and Dave Rolt, a scrum half.
Lenihan, aged 16, of Great Sankey, is a centre who hopes to join Warrington Wizards and become clubmates with full back Williams, aged 19, of Callands.
They are due to fly out to Carcassonne for 11 days on July 3.
