Stockton Heath Primary saved

VICTORIOUS residents celebrated last night as Stockton Heath Primary School was saved.

Councillors voted 7-1 against bulldozing the Edgerton Street school and replacing it with a new £3.4m building.

The packed out meeting showed the level of public opposition, with 13 people speaking against the application.
