Youths caught after smashing school windows

TWO teenagers have admitted smashing the windows of a mobile classroom at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School around 4am on Saturday, police told the Guardian yesterday.

Neither has appeared in court but a 16-year-old from New Platt Lane, Goostrey, has been released on police bail pending a decision by the youth offending team.

An 18-year-old from Grasmere Drive, Holmes Chapel, was cautioned.

The damage left the school with a £600 bill for repairs.
