It's cartoon time with Steven's TV daredevils

AMBITIOUS young art director Steven Lenton is showcasing his talent on a new cult cartoon series on ITV.

The Amazing Adrenali Brothers is aimed at six to 12-year-olds, and follows the adventures of daredevil brothers, Xan, Adi and Enk.

Leaving behind their little-known homeland of Rendoosia, where danger is a way of life, the brothers are on a mission to amaze people with their mind-boggling feats.

Their global adventures find them knocking down pyramids in Egypt and sword fighting with the Queen at Buckingham Palace.

The programme is a global hit, and its art director is Steven Lenton, aged 28, from Congleton.

Steven lives in London, and is the art director for animation company Pesky, where he has been working for just eight months.

He is a former pupil of Dane Valley High School in Congleton, and graduated with an animation degree from Dundee University.

He subsequently took a masters degree in the same subject.

His parents Barbara and Martin live in Congleton, and own Billbo UK, the only pom pom making business in the country.

The business is based in Macclesfield, and provided Steven's inspiration for designing characters.

He has created countless characters, including many for the BBC, and recently had a caricature published in a Kylie Minogue book, which is raising money for cancer research.

The Amazing Adrenali Brothers was originally created as a student comedy act, and the 36-episode TV series is screened on Children's ITV every Friday, and for the next two weeks, daily at 3.50pm.
