Wincham master plan

THIS is a master plan of how Wincham would look if the urban village proposal is given the go ahead.

The mixed-use development, including 600 new affordable homes, will require a network of new roads to take pressure of New Warrington Road and Chapel Street.

A decision is due in April on whether to include the project in the Vale Royal Local Plan.
