Attic sale will help hospice

BAG a bargain and help cancer patients.

That's the message this week from a team of big-hearted women.

Unwanted gifts, books, bric-a-brac and toiletries are just some of the many items they will be selling at an attic sale in Churchill Hall, Cooper Street, Runcorn, at 10am on Saturday, February 11.

Friends and neighbours in Picow Farm Road have raised almost £20,000, since 'adopting' Halton Haven Hospice, when it was founded by the late Dom Valdez than 20 years ago.

Every penny they collect from car boot sales, raffles and coffee mornings goes to the charity.

They would like to say a big thank you to everyone for their continued support.
