Conference

gets back

to nature

A BIODIVERSITY conference is being held at Walton Hall Gardens on March 2.

The conference will formally launch Warrington Borough Council's biodiversity plan for the town, Nature Matters.

Speakers will include senior representatives from English Nature, Cheshire Landscape Trust and Mersey Forest.

"Maintaining a natural environment encourages economic investment and influences where we live and work," said Clr Paul Ross, deputy leader of the council.

"Action is required now to hold on to our inheritance for future generations."
