Congratulations

It's congratulations to Padgate's Rector, Stephen Attwater and Curate Denise Williams on their engagement, announced to the parish just prior to the Bishop of Warrington installing Stephen as Area Dean for the town last weekend. The Archdeacon, in his sermon, told the congregation that a Dean was to be a director, enthusiast, activist and sometimes naughty, which was in itself intriguing.

Music

Bryn Haworth has been working in the music industry since the 1960's, a first class rock 'musician's musician' - whose work has its roots in blues and r'n'b. He now travels extensively performing concerts, leading seminars and guitar clinics throughout the world. Coffee Pot, in association with Warrington Family Church, is hosting Bryn at Lymm Rugby Club on Friday, October 21 at 8pm, but a hot buffet dinner will be served at 7pm. Ticket details on 755934.
