Two arsons in 12 hours outside pub
VANDALS set fire to rubbish outside a pub twice within 12 hours.
It happened outside the Egerton Arms pub in Irwell Lane, Runcorn.
Firefighters were called out to tackle a blaze at 7.25pm, last Friday.
They had to return to the scene again at midday on Saturday.
