Boy, 10, sexually abused girl, six

A MUM walked in on a 10-year-old Winsford boy simulating full and oral sex with her six-year-old daughter.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted intentionally touching a girl under the age of 13 in a sexual manner when he appeared before magistrates at Northwich Youth Court on Wednesday.

Nigel James, prosecuting, said the boy, who was visiting his friend, crept into the girl's room after she had gone to bed on May 18 this year.

He added: "The boy began trying to kiss the girl before lying on top of her and simulated having sex.

"He then moved down her body and put his head between her legs, at which point the girl's mother entered the room and told him to leave."

Defending, Chris Johnson said the boy could be a handful for his mother and needed to work on his attitude and sexual behaviour.

He added that the boy's mother was looking in all the right places to find help for her son.

Magistrates imposed a six-month referral order on the boy and ordered him to pay courts costs of £20.
