FLASHER BANNED FROM PARK

A FLASHER has been banned from entering Bank Park after admitting exposing himself five times.

John Moore is not allowed into the park near to the Town Hall as he awaits sentence for the offence.

The 60-year-old pleaded guilty to five counts of indecent exposure at Warrington Crown Court yesterday, Monday.

He committed all the offences last September against the same woman.

Prosecutor, Keith Scholz, said the exposures were meant to 'cause alarm or distress'.

Simon Berkson, defending, said Moore is living in accommodation for people with mental health problems, at Bewsey House in Bewsey Road.

Moore appeared in the dock with his social worker and spoke only to enter pleas to the charges.

He will be sentenced at a later date.
