Psychic pair prepare to become TV stars

A PAIR of paranormal investigators from Barnton are looking forward to television fame after their pilot psychic show was given the go ahead by producers.

Jackie Dennis and Christine Hamlett filmed Rescue Mediums for the Canadian WTV network in May but the duo only received confirmation this month that producers have commissioned the show for a 26-part series

Christine said: "Both Jackie and I and our families are very excited. We do not know exact details of filming as yet but we know we will be working in Canada, America and hopefully be doing a couple of shows over here.

"It was a nervous time waiting to hear what the producers thought as they view more than 400 pilots a year so I guess they found the paranormal theme interesting."

The show will receive its first airing on Canadian screens in January.
