Court date

A FORMER estate agent charged with stealing £95,000 has appeared at Warrington Crown Court on Thursday.

Janice Griffiths, who ran Griffiths and Company on London Road, Stockton Heath, is charged with four counts of dishonestly obtaining money transfers totalling £35,000 from Alan Dingsdale.

She also faces two identical charges of stealing a total of £60,000 from William Gray.

The defendant will appear at Warrington Crown Court on October 14 and is due to stand trial at Chester Crown Court in January although an exact date is yet to be fixed.
